Story
Mom's Lemon Tree is the story of how a family that has crossed the world time and again holds on to its heritage. A tribute to her late mother Pamela, who was born in Jamaica before travelling to Lebanon to start a new life, Mom's Lemon Tree is an authentic cookbook of Lebanese cuisine coloured with hints of the Caribbean.
Get to know the author, Christina Haddad
Christina learned how to cook from her mother Pamela whose feasts of years past are still spoken about fondly to this day. She now keeps her family tradition alive by cooking for her family and friends.
